崗位包括求是特聘教授崗、求是特聘教學崗、求是特聘醫師崗、求是特聘實踐崗、求是特聘智庫崗等。應聘者應擔任高水平大學教授及相當職務（其中求是特聘醫師崗人選原則上應具有教授和主任醫師職務）；在同行中具有廣泛影響力，能夠帶領本學科引領或趕超國際先進水平；具有較強的團隊精神和相應的組織、管理能力；申請當年1月1日未滿55周歲，其中求是特聘教學崗、求是特聘智庫崗及人文社會科學領域引進人才未滿59周歲。

取得國內外高水平大學博士學位，具有國際高水平大學助理教授或副教授相當學術水平；為所從事研究領域的青年拔尖人才，有成為該領域學術帶頭人的發展潛力，原則上能獨立發展一個符合學科發展要求的學術方向；自然科學領域年齡一般在35周歲左右，人文社科領域年齡可適當放寬（原則上不超過40周歲）。

通過初審者會被邀請參加視頻面試或來杭交流，發送申請郵件后4周內完成初審工作，6周內未收到回復可認為是未通過初選。歡迎來電、來信垂詢。
