任職要求

崗位包括求是特聘教授崗、求是特聘教學崗、求是特聘醫師崗、求是特聘實踐崗、求是特聘智庫崗等。應聘者應擔任高水平大學教授及相當職務(其中求是特聘醫師崗人選原則上應具有教授和主任醫師職務);在同行中具有廣泛影響力,能夠帶領本學科引領或趕超國際先進水平;具有較強的團隊精神和相應的組織、管理能力;申請當年1月1日未滿55周歲,其中求是特聘教學崗、求是特聘智庫崗及人文社會科學領域引進人才未滿59周歲。

長聘教授應達到國內外高水平大學長聘教授相當水平,在其研究領域獲得國際同行認可的學術成就,具有相當的國際知名度和影響力,在教學科研和人才培養等方面取得優秀成績。

長聘副教授應達到國內外高水平大學長聘副教授相當水平,在學術方面取得原創性和重要成果,具有一定的國際知名度和影響力,在教學科研和人才培養等方面取得良好成績。

任職要求

取得國內外高水平大學博士學位,具有國際高水平大學助理教授或副教授相當學術水平;為所從事研究領域的青年拔尖人才,有成為該領域學術帶頭人的發展潛力,原則上能獨立發展一個符合學科發展要求的學術方向;自然科學領域年齡一般在35周歲左右,人文社科領域年齡可適當放寬(原則上不超過40周歲)。

提供有競爭力的薪酬和住房補貼。

2.住房資源

可租住學校教師公寓,晉升長聘教職后,如符合學校人才住房申購條件,可以優惠價格申購人才住房一套。

任職要求

35周歲以下,近年內獲得博士學位,品學兼優;具有良好的學術發展潛力和國際視野,能全職來校工作。

工作和生活待遇

學校與政府主管部門、各優勢學科、合作導師、校地合作平臺等協同構建博士后資助體系,實施分類資助,特別優秀者應發年薪在40萬元以上。

2.便利的生活保障

可租住學校教師公寓,提供完善的生活配套。繳納相應事業養老、醫療等社會保險,辦理子女入托等。出站留浙可享受當地人才政策。

3.良好的科研平臺

課題組負責保障開展研究工作充足經費及實驗條件,支持申報各類科研項目,支持參加國內外學術會議。

4.完善的國際合作網絡

學校依托與麻省理工學院、劍橋大學、斯坦福大學等九所頂尖大學深度合作,專項選派優秀博士后赴外合作研究;在海寧國際校區試行“伙伴高校聯合招收博士后計劃”,與世界一流大學合作招收培養優秀博士后;支持各流動站依托現有海外合作基礎開展博士后海外交流。

5.暢通的職業發展

入校后確定為助理研究員,符合條件者推薦申報國家級青年人才計劃(項目),進站工作滿2年可申請高級職稱資格,出站可優先申請學校教學科研崗位。

6.靈活的在站時間

博士后研究人員在站時間由招收學院(系)、合作導師和博士后根據研究項目需要在2-4年內靈活確定。

the university collaborates with relevant governmental departments, preponderant disciplines, supervisors, and university-local authority cooperation platforms to build a postdoctoral funding system and operates a tiered funding for university-employed postdoctoral researchers. the annual salary for outstanding postdoctoral candidates may reach more than 400,000 cny.

2. guaranteed living benefits

apartments with preferential rents and excellent living facilities are available; social insurance including endowment and medical insurance shall be covered; underage children of postdoctoral researchers are entitled to enter nurseries. researchers who find jobs in zhejiang after the postdoctoral program are entitled to local talent policies.

3. favorable research platform

the research group is responsible for ensuring adequate research funding and experiment conditions, supporting the application of various scientific research projects and the participation of international academic conferences.

4. sound international cooperation network

through the deep collaboration with 9 top universities including massachusetts institute of technology, cambridge university and stanford university, the university dispatches outstanding postdoctoral researchers abroad for cooperative research work; the trial joint cultivation of postdoctoral fellows with partner universities recruitment program is implemented in haining international campus to cultivate great postdoctoral researchers jointly with world's first-class universities; postdoctoral research centers' international communication is supported based on the current overseas cooperation.

5. clear career development

postdoctoral researchers who meet the requirements shall be recommended to apply for the national young talent programs and enjoy the priority to the application of university's teaching and research positions after completing the postdoctoral program. postdoctoral researchers are eligible to apply for senior professional titles following their entry into the program for more than 2 years.

6. flexible research term

postdoctoral researchers may negotiate with the recruiting department and supervisor to determine the contract period (2-4 years) within the scope of national policies according to the needs of the research project.

任職要求

38周歲以下,有高級職稱或人文社科領域不超過40周歲,具有博士學位以及良好的學術發展潛力和國際視野,能全職來校工作。

薪酬由聘用單位按科研任務協商確定,一人一議,經費主要來源于科研項目,學校提供完善的社會保險。

工作表現優秀、符合條件者,可應聘學校“百人計劃”研究員、研究為主教師崗位。

applicants should be under the age of 38 (applicants with senior professional title or in the fields of humanities and social sciences could be under the age of 40) with a doctorate degree obtained in recent years, excellent in character and academic performance, with good academic development potential and international vision, and could work full-time in zju.

the salary is determined by the employer according to the scientific research task through negotiation. the funds mainly come from the scientific research projects with complete social insurance provided by the university.

1. 詳細個人簡歷:自本科開始至申請之日連續的學習、工作簡歷,發表的論文、著作目錄,主要教學、科研成績,承擔的科研項目、專利及獲獎情況等;

2. 三篇代表性論著;

請將以上完整材料整合為單一pdf文檔,以“姓名+院系+學科方向+崗位”命名。

after submission

通過初審者會被邀請參加視頻面試或來杭交流,發送申請郵件后4周內完成初審工作,6周內未收到回復可認為是未通過初選。歡迎來電、來信垂詢。

after over 120 years' development, zhejiang university has become a comprehensive research university with distinctive features and great impact at home and abroad. research at zhejiang university spans 13 academic disciplines, covering philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, art, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, management, and interdisciplinary fields. of all the 22 disciplines in the list of the essential science indicators (esi), zhejiang university has 21 in the world's top 1% and 10 in the top 1‰ (esi data, may 2023). among the faculty, there are 24 academicians of the chinese academy of sciences and 21 chinese academy of engineering, 14 senior professors of liberal arts, and more than 1800 high-level and outstanding young talents.
