河北大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院是河北大學(xué)最早創(chuàng)設(shè)的專業(yè)學(xué)院,前身是成立于1960年的河北大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)系,1992年撤系建院,成為河北高校第一個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)院。學(xué)院現(xiàn)設(shè)有經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)系、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)系、金融學(xué)系、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易系和日本研究所、人口研究所、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所等四系三所。建有應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)一級(jí)學(xué)科博士點(diǎn),3個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士點(diǎn)、1個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科碩士點(diǎn),涵蓋12個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn)、5個(gè)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn)。世界經(jīng)濟(jì)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)為省級(jí)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科。擁有經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、金融學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、保險(xiǎn)學(xué)等5個(gè)本科專業(yè),其中金融學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)為國家級(jí)一流本科專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)(雙萬計(jì)劃)。

學(xué)院師資力量雄厚。現(xiàn)有教職工131人,其中專任教師114人,具有高級(jí)職稱、具有博士學(xué)位的專任教師比例均在75%以上,博士生導(dǎo)師24名,碩士生導(dǎo)師96人。擁有歐盟讓 莫內(nèi)講席教授、教育部特聘教授(長江學(xué)者)、國家 百千萬人才工程 人選、國務(wù)院特殊津貼專家、國家有突出貢獻(xiàn)中青年專家、教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃等國家級(jí)優(yōu)秀人才6人次,河北省創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)軍人才、省管優(yōu)秀專家等省部級(jí)以上高層次人才5人次,河北省 三三三 層次人才5人次。近年,學(xué)院先后派出30多名教師到國內(nèi)知名高校進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí),派出20多名教師分赴國外18所著名大學(xué)訪學(xué)交流。

學(xué)院科研實(shí)力雄厚。建有河北大學(xué)歐洲研究所、環(huán)首都社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展研究院、河北農(nóng)村發(fā)展研究院、中國循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究院、中國外匯投資研究院、中日韓思想庫網(wǎng)絡(luò)河北基地、河北大學(xué)金融研究中心、統(tǒng)計(jì)決策咨詢中心等一批研究機(jī)構(gòu)。近年承擔(dān)國家課題39項(xiàng)(其中國家重大課題2項(xiàng)、重點(diǎn)課題6項(xiàng))、省部級(jí)課題86項(xiàng),發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文560余篇,出版專著、教材48部,獲省部級(jí)科研成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)20項(xiàng),承擔(dān)省、校級(jí)教改課題20余項(xiàng),一批研究成果獲領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批示,或被有關(guān)部門采納,科學(xué)研究對人才培養(yǎng)的反哺作用不斷增強(qiáng)。

經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院教學(xué)科研崗位教師招聘需求計(jì)劃

一、招聘原則 堅(jiān)持德才兼?zhèn)洌瀼孛裰鳌⒐_、平等、競爭的用人原則,在綜合評(píng)議的基礎(chǔ)上擇優(yōu)聘用。

二、招聘計(jì)劃 2023年擬招聘、引進(jìn)以下方向人才:

經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、人口學(xué)、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、金融學(xué)、保險(xiǎn)學(xué)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)具有博士學(xué)位的高層次人才。

三、基本條件 1.具有良好的政治素質(zhì)和道德素養(yǎng),遵守國家法律、法規(guī)和各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,未受過任何紀(jì)律處分及刑事處罰。

2.具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)和集體精神,服從組織工作安排,工作積極適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng),團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作奉獻(xiàn)精神強(qiáng)。

3.具有良好的理論基礎(chǔ)和創(chuàng)新精神,能夠承擔(dān)教學(xué)與科研工作,有創(chuàng)新思維和發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/p> 4.具有良好的身心條件,達(dá)到《公務(wù)員錄用體檢通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》中規(guī)定的體檢合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

四、招聘崗位、要求及相關(guān)待遇 引進(jìn)類型及待遇參考(2021年)

  一事一議、一人一策
業(yè)務(wù)要求:除具備一定的教學(xué)能力外,還應(yīng)具備較強(qiáng)的科研能力和發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ诒緦W(xué)科內(nèi)已取得具有影響力的代表性成果,得到本學(xué)科同行專家肯定。 年薪40萬元 60-80萬元 40-60萬元
業(yè)務(wù)要求:除具備一定的教學(xué)能力外,還應(yīng)具備一定的科研能力和發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ诒緦W(xué)科內(nèi)已取得一定的業(yè)績成果,得到本學(xué)科同行專家認(rèn)可。 基本待遇+成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)+生活補(bǔ)貼。
基本待遇一般為:教授20萬元/年,副教授16萬元/年,博士14萬元/年。 30萬元 10-20萬元

4.學(xué)術(shù)骨干和專任教師除享受基本待遇外,可按學(xué)校規(guī)定享受教學(xué)科研成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)(不設(shè)上限)和生活補(bǔ)貼(1000元/月-2000元/月,期限2年);學(xué)術(shù)精英完成聘期任務(wù)后,超額完成的任務(wù)也可按學(xué)校規(guī)定享受教學(xué)科研成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)(不設(shè)上限)。

5.學(xué)校為引進(jìn)人才子女提供優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源,協(xié)助引進(jìn)人才辦理子女入學(xué)手續(xù)。

6.引進(jìn)人才的服務(wù)年限一般為八年,四年一個(gè)聘期,按兩個(gè)聘期進(jìn)行管理。

五、招聘程序 1.報(bào)名應(yīng)聘。應(yīng)聘人員將個(gè)人簡歷和代表性業(yè)績成果等材料以電子郵件方式發(fā)送給人事處或相關(guān)教學(xué)科研單位聯(lián)系人。

2.單位考核。教學(xué)科研單位組織相關(guān)專家對應(yīng)聘者進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)議,主要考核教學(xué)能力、學(xué)術(shù)能力、基本素質(zhì)和心理素質(zhì)等方面,一般以面試、說課、實(shí)際操作等方式進(jìn)行。

3.辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)。人事部門對通過考核的應(yīng)聘人員進(jìn)行思想政治和師德師風(fēng)方面的審查,聯(lián)系應(yīng)聘人員參加體檢、填寫相關(guān)申請表等,上級(jí)部門批準(zhǔn)人事手續(xù)后簽訂人才引進(jìn)協(xié)議。

The School of Economics of Hebei University sincerely welcomes global talents

Hebei University is co-constructed by the Ministry of Education and the People s Government of Hebei Province. It is one of the first-level universities participating in China s construction plan of world-class universities, with strong support from the Hebei Provincial Government. It was established in 1921 and is located in Baoding City, Hebei Province. We are now inviting global talents to join us to seek common development. The School of Economics is the earliest professional college established by Hebei University. Its predecessor was the Department of Economics of Hebei University, which was established in 1960. In 1992, it was withdrawn from the department and established as the first secondary college in Hebei universities. The School of Economics is currently comprised of four departments and three institutes, including the Department of Economics, the Department of Statistics, the Department of Finance, the Department of International Economics and Trade, the Japan Institute, the Institute of Population Research, and the Institute of Regional Economics.

The school is entitled to launch doctoral programs in the first-level discipline of applied economics. There are 3 first-level Master s Degree programs and 1 second-level Master s Degree program covering 12 academic master s disciplines and 5 professional master s disciplines. World Economics and Statistics are the key disciplines for Hebei Province. The school has 5 undergraduate disciplines, including Economics, Finance, Statistics, International Economics and Trade, and Insurance. Economics and Economic Statistics are the first-level undergraduate disciplines at the national level (Double First-Class Initiative).

The school has a high-quality faculty. Among the 131 faculty members, there are 114 full-time teachers. The proportions of full-time faculty members with senior titles and doctoral degrees are both higher than 75%. There are 24 doctoral supervisors and 96 master supervisors.

The school has 6 national talents, including Jean Monnet Chair, members of the National Hundred Thousand and Ten-thousand Talent Project, State Council Special Allowance Experts, National Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contribution, candidates of the Program for New Century Excellent Talents of the Ministry of Education, 5 talents at provincial and ministerial levels with the title of Leading Talents of Hebei Innovation Team and Provincial Excellent Experts, and 5 members of 333 Talent Project of Hebei Province.

More than 30 teachers have been sent to visit key universities listed in 985 and 211 Programs, and more than 20 teachers went to 18 prestigious universities worldwide for further studies or visits.

The school has strong scientific research strength. It has built a number of research institutions such as the European Research Institute of Hebei University, the Institute of Social and Economic Development in the area surrounding Beijing, Hebei Rural Development Research Institute, China Circular Economy Research Institute, China Foreign Exchange Investment Research Institute, the Hebei Base of China-Japan-Korea Thinking Bank Network, Financial Research Center of Hebei University, and Statistical Decision Consulting Center. In recent years, the school has undertaken 39 national projects (including 2 major national projects and 6 national key projects) and 86 provincial and ministerial projects, published more than 560 academic papers, 48 monographs and textbooks, received 20 provincial and ministerial awards for scientific research achievements, and undertaken more than 20 provincial and university-level educational reform projects. A number of research results have been approved by leaders or adopted by relevant departments. Scientific research plays a more and more important role in feeding talent cultivation.
