崗位職責(zé)：

根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與規(guī)范進(jìn)行工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計工作。
2. To assist Project Manager to complete project by providing for technical support.

為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理提供專業(yè)支持。
3. Civil Engineering documentation.

結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計文件編制。
4. Coordinate with the client, Design Institute, General Contractor, subcontractors and so on.

協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目參與各方的工作，如業(yè)主，設(shè)計院，總包及分包等。
5.Completion inspection-coordinate the inspection and acceptance activity identify and document the key lessons and archive conduct the document filing.

配合竣工驗(yàn)收工作，識別和記錄重點(diǎn)教訓(xùn)，完成項(xiàng)目文件的歸置存檔。

6.Site construction management.

現(xiàn)場施工管理。

任職要求：
1.College degree or above,minimal 3 years' working experience in construction field.

大專及以上學(xué)歷，3年以上土建工程的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. The project is located all over the duchy, can accept on site work.

項(xiàng)目在全國各地，能接受駐場工作。

3. Able to work under pressure be willing to travel and work for projects out of Shanghai.

能夠承受工作壓力，愿意出差和在上海以外的地方工作。

4. Working experiences from Project Management company or related consulting firms preferable Functional Skills.

有項(xiàng)目管理公司或相關(guān)咨詢公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

5. Multiple industries projects and foreign company experience is a plus, especially IDC / Pharmaceutical industry.

有多個行業(yè)項(xiàng)目和外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，尤其是數(shù)據(jù)中心和制藥行業(yè)。
