工作職責:
崗位職責:
1、 負責藥明康德測試事業部華南區業務,完成公司制定的銷售業績指標。
2、 按計劃維護現有客戶業務,有針對性地開發新客戶,開拓新市場。
3、 協調公司內部商務和技術團隊與客戶的溝通和對接,確保客戶項目順利交付。
4、 搜集市場情報,協助市場部進行市場分析,找到業務的潛在增長點。
5、維護并完善公司在市場的品牌形象。
Reporting to: Leader of Southern China Area, Sales and Marketing Department in Lab Testing Division
Location: Shenzhen
1, Responsible for the business of Lab Testing Division in Southern China area, to ensure the achievement of sales target.
2、 According to the plan to maintain existing customer, targeted to develop new customers, open up new markets.
3、 Coordinate the communication and docking between the company's internal business and technical teams and clients to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
4、 Collect market intelligence, assist marketing department in market analysis, find potential growth point of business.
5. Maintain and improve the company's brand image in the market.
任職資格:
崗位要求:
1、生物醫藥相關專業,本科及以上學歷,熟悉藥物發現和開發流程,有藥代動力學,毒理學和生物分析相關經驗者優先。
2、3年以上生物醫藥行業商務拓展/銷售經驗。
3、具備優秀的人際溝通協調能力和良好的談判技巧。
4、高度的責任感和團隊協作精神,思維敏捷,能夠承受較大的工作壓力,能夠適應出差。
工作地點:廣州
WORK EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1, Bachelor degree or above in major in biomedicine related, familiar with drug discovery and development process, experience in pharmacokinetics, toxicology and bioanalysis is preferred.
2. More than one year of business development / sales experience in biomedical industry.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills and good negotiation skills.
4. High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, quick thinking, able to work under pressure, adapt to travel.
