Responsibility · Support in the day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP, with accuracy and in a timely manner · Support the month-end and quarter-end closing routines, including but not limited to goods receipt management, customer billing, and booking preparation · Keep on top of changes in external accounting guidelines and foster the adoption of real estate’s accounting principles · Eager to leverage and adopt new technologies and reporting systems (e.g., SAP Hana, PowerBI, Tableau, Winshuttle) Requirement Bachelor or above. (Finance, accounting preferred) Strong communication skill and team player.
