We are looking for a BD Manager for aftermarket division base in Shanghai Your Tasks Complete TRW sales and other target. 完成天合的銷售及各項(xiàng)目標(biāo)。 Develop work plan with region, determine a reasonable division of employees and give employees in the work instructions, training, and performance evaluation. 和區(qū)域一起制定工作計(jì)劃，確定人員合理分工；對(duì)員工進(jìn)行工作指導(dǎo)、培訓(xùn)和績(jī)效考核。 Establish, maintain, develop and improve TRW distribution network, and establish customer evaluation profile. 建立、維護(hù)、發(fā)展并完善天合經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)，建立客戶評(píng)估檔案。 Coordinate the business activities in different regions; safeguard the overall interests of the company. 協(xié)調(diào)各區(qū)域之間的業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)，維護(hù)公司整體利益。 Be responsible for NPI coordination, new product promotion and market development, reshape TRW corner module. 負(fù)責(zé)天合新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)協(xié)調(diào)、推廣和市場(chǎng)開拓, 重塑轉(zhuǎn)角模塊業(yè)務(wù)。 Collect and get the feedback of markets and competitors, provide the basis for the company to develop TRW marketing strategies. 收集并反饋市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的情況，為公司制定天合銷售策略提供依據(jù)。 Conduct TRW branding and promotion. 進(jìn)行天合品牌宣傳與推廣工作。 Meet the reasonable needs of customers, improve customer satisfaction. 滿足客戶各項(xiàng)合理需求，提高客戶滿意度。 Competencies and experiences: Your Profile Above 6 years working experience and over 3 years management experience 6年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) Familiar with oil, tire or other vulnerable parts 熟悉油品、輪胎或者其他汽車易損件M Experience in distribution channel (RTM/GTM) 具有渠道銷售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experience in aftermarket is preferred 汽車售后市場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先 Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering is preferred 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，工科專業(yè)背景優(yōu)先 Good English communication skill 良好的英文溝通能力 Perfect marketing ability 優(yōu)秀的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷能力 Perfect communication skill 優(yōu)秀的溝通能力
